Australian and New Zealand Institute of Sommeliers is a non-profit organization directly affiliated with the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS – Associazione Italiana Sommelier). ANZIS was founded in Melbourne on 2011 by Professional Sommelier Marco Senia.

ANZIS has the sole exclusivity to represent and use the renowned and internationally acclaimed Sommelier Educational curriculum in the continent of Oceania.
